Woman-Owned Palmdale Supplier Wins Multi-Year Los Angeles County Master Agreement

Cosmic Reliable Services, LLC, a woman-owned industrial and construction supply company, has secured a three-year master agreement with Los Angeles County

PALMDALE, CA, UNITED STATES, August 13, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Cosmic Reliable Services, LLC, a woman-owned industrial and construction supply company, has secured a three-year master agreement with Los Angeles County Public Works to supply paint and paint supplies. The agreement carries a two-year extension option, putting five years of potential coverage behind a single award.

The company has supplied paint and industrial materials for five years, and has worked with multiple Los Angeles County departments for the past four. Its county customers include the Flood Control District, the Facilities Management Section, and Road Maintenance. What started as paint has grown into steel, welding supplies, air conditioning supplies, safety supplies, and hardware down to nuts and bolts.

In April 2026, Cosmic Reliable earned certification from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB).
